1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with KEM Visionz services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation: To secure your session, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking.

2.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and official checks. Retainers and deposits can be paid via Cashapp or Venmo.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellation Policy: The retainer fee is non-refundable. If a session needs to be canceled, a 72-hour notice is required for rescheduling.

3.2 Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule within 30 days of the original session date, subject to availability.

4. Delivery of Images

4.1 Timeline: Image delivery can take up to 3-6 weeks. The client will receive images via email in a shareable digital link.

4.2 Download Period: Clients have a 60-day window to download images. An extension can be purchased for an additional fee.

5. Additional Services

5.1 Photographer/Videographer: Additional photographers or videographers can be provided upon consultation.

6. Image Usage

Clients are encouraged to share their images, provided that proper credit is given to KEM Visionz (@KEMVisionz), and no filters altering professional edits are applied.

7. Privacy Policy

For information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

KEM Visionz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates acceptance.
